The following positions will be advertised in the Geraldton-Guardian on
Friday 13 November 2009



 

The City of Geraldton-Greenough is seeking two friendly, enthusiastic
and motivated individuals to join our Library team. The Library is a
very busy customer-service oriented environment, an innovative and
productive workplace which offers the community a variety of services.  

 

Heritage Services Clerk (Ref: 300)

Applicants should be committed to high quality customer service, possess
research skills, and have an interest in local history, oral history,
and public libraries.

 

This is a permanent part-time position for 56 hours per fortnight. Some
weekend and evening work will be involved.  A starting salary of $45,736
to $48,335 per annum (pro rata) is offered [Level 3, City of
Geraldton-Greenough Combined Union Collective Agreement 2008] depending
on skills and qualifications.

E-Services Library Clerk (Ref: 442)

Applicants should have a good basic understanding of information
technology and how it relates to a Library environment. 

 

This is a permanent full-time position of 76 hours per fortnight. Some
weekend and evening work will be involved. A starting salary of $41,117
to $44,431 per annum (pro rata) is offered [Level 2, City of
Geraldton-Greenough Combined Union Collective Agreement 2008] depending
on skills and qualifications.
