Pool Recruitment

Corporate Information Officers Level 2

Corporate Information Team Leaders Level 3

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which permanent and
fixed term appointments may be made when vacancies occur in the
Corporate Information Branch. The pools will operate for twelve (12)
months from finalisation of the selection process.

Successful applicants for the L2 position(s) may be required to work at
any one of our Corporate Information sites - CBD, West Perth, East
Perth, Cannington and Osborne Park.

The Corporate Information - Team Leader (L3 pool) is responsible for the
effective day to day operational functions of the electronic document
and records management systems (using Objective) and mail distribution
activities to ensure that clients' needs are met ensuring compliance
with internal and external guidelines.  The Level 3 Team Leaders will be
based at either Perth CBD, West Perth, or East Perth.
