Kerry & Marg
Hello to you both.
Hoping you may be able to assist by using your many networks in Records
Management.
We are looking for someone to take on a casual but ongoing position
within the Drilling & Completions (D&C) division at Woodside. I felt it
would suit a full or part time student as the commitment is only 1 day
per week and there is flexibility in the day worked.
Below is a brief outline
Task:- D&C have a "common" mail box set up for all external parties in
the coming B280-B281 drillship constructions to send emails. We need
someone to go through this mail box and put any attachments in emails
into DRIMS. (DRIMS is Woodside's RM system)
Requirements:-
* 5 days a month ongoing - doesn't need to be consecutive,
as long as the job gets done
* Start ASAP
* DRIMs experience would be preferrable (not necessarily)
* Woodside experience also would be preferrable (not
necessarily)
* Experience in document control (not essential)
There is a great opportunity for someone to gain some valuable
experience and/or exposure to electronic RM within a strong corporate
environment..Full training will be given.
Can you please request that applicatons be sent to Krista Johnston
(email above) and that the subject be titled "Casual Document Control
D&C"
A brief cover letter and current CV will suffice as application.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me.
Kind Regards
Ali
