Position:  Business Administration Team Leader
Location:  Melbourne
Status:    Permanent, Fulltime
Commencement:  ASAP
As a member of a national document management team you will ensure
systems are designed, developed, documented, maintained and enhanced to
meet company requirements.  
Prior experience managing staff will be highly regarded.
 
 

Position: Series Registration Project Officer
Location: Sydney
Status:  Initial 6 week project with possible extension of a further 6
weeks
Commencement:  Late July 2008.

A project to arrange and describe records series (estimated 60-70
series) dating between the 1940s and 1980s.  The volume of records is
not large, but the interlinking of the series is complex.  Some item
level listing of critical records required (identified by project
manager).  Includes boxing and listing of all records.
Ability to work independently with general direction required.
