We have two outstanding career opportunities for senior Records Managers
to join and lead a large RM team based in Canberra. Applicants must be
Australian citizens and must undergo security clearance processes.
NATIONAL RECORDS MANAGER (APS 6 - EL1 salary range) Successful
applicants will need to have:
* Formal and relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate IV preferred)
or equivalent industry experience over a minimum 5 year period.
* Records leadership experience within the public Sector preferred
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
This is a great opportunity if you are currently at the APS 5 or 6
levels and want to develop your career to the next level.
ASSISTANT NATIONAL RECORDS MANAGER/ARCHIVIST Successful applicants will
need to have:
* Formal and relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate IV preferred)
or equivalent industry experience over a minimum 3 year period.
* Records management/archivist experience within the public Sector
preferred
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
In both roles you will need to have the ability to:
* Join the RMAA or ASA as a professional member.
* Manage a national team to achieve key performance indicators.
* Mentor RM staff as they undertake the Converga funded Certificate III
or IV in Business (Record keeping).
* Exceed required service levels and report on performance.
