[Hum-DIS] Unit outlines and WebCT unit releases for Info studies

Dear all

Welcome to Information Studies @ Curtin.

What our letter of introduction forgot to tell you was that the release
of Unit Outlines and WebCT units, while it might happen earlier, is not
normally scheduled until the first week of classes.

I know in my own case for the units I control, that taking two weeks
leave in the lead up to semester did not help me finalise some of the
finer detail of my units and have them ready for O Week.  I am working
on them now as I know other Information Studies colleagues are doing
with theirs.  This is on top of the endless academic administration we
have to deal with. 

Please wait until the end of the first week before you bombard us with
emails seeking this unit information.

We wish you well in your studies for 2008.
