Hi all, 

This is a re-advertised position.  All previous applicants will need to re-apply. 

NSW Attorney General's has a position available for an EDRMS Support Officer who will be part of the EDRMS Business Support Group located in Parramatta, with occasional requirement to work in the City offices.  The Business Support Group has responsibility for the EDRMS application, user administration, configuration and training. 

The main focus of this position will be training of users in best practice records management and the EDRMS (Objective) in group and 1:1 training environments along with development and maintenance of training materials (paper based and on-line).   

Experience with the Objective EDRMS whilst not a prerequisite, would be highly regarded as would experience with TRIM or other EDRMS.  Training in the Objective EDRMS will be available for the successful applicant. 

The secondary functions performed by the position will including assisting the EDRMS Support Coordinator with technical issues such as Service Desk and system administrator duties.
