Librarian - Position Re-advertised

Western Power's Information and Knowledge Management Services (IKMS)
Research Group requires an experienced Librarian who under the general
direction of the IKMS Manager will provide innovative, relevant and cost
effective reference and research services to the organisation?s clients.
You will be responsible for customer focused library services, including
complex reference and research work to a large workforce. It is
essential that you have relevant experience in online information
systems, professional knowledge and practical experience in
investigating, testing and evaluating new products and services relevant
to the needs of the organisation and sound knowledge of relevant
legislation. 
To be successful in this role you will possess a recognised degree in
library and information science or professional qualifications
recognized by ALIA.  Preference may be given to experience in a
corporate/special library environment.
