Subject: [WAIN] State Library Graduate Program 2008

Colleagues 

I have great pleasure in announcing that the State Library will be
calling for applications to our Graduate Program for 2008 in the very
near future.  

The SLWA Graduate Program has been developed as an opportunity for
graduates to participate in a structured, developmental program
consisting of work placements plus training and development
opportunities.  The Graduate Program offers Librarian and Library
Technician graduates a twelve-month program and several full-time
positions are offered for the 2008 program.  

This year we hope that at least one of our appointed graduates will have
an interest in either History or ICT.  

The Graduate Program positions will be advertised during September, and
the Graduates will start in early January 2008.
