being advertised is part-time and is focused more on the provision of

ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN

(YOUTH SERVICES)

Part - Time

 

The City of Bayswater Library Service is looking for an energetic person
to fill a part-time position that provides services for infants,
children, young adults and their carers.  The position also provides
administrative support to the Maylands Branch Librarian and is a member
of a team that assists the City's Youth Services Librarian implement a
Youth Services Strategy. This is a wonderful opportunity that will
enable the successful applicant to utilise their knowledge, creativity
and motivational skills.  

 

Although the position's selection criteria stipulates the need to
possess certain levels of experience and the holding of specific
qualifications, applications will be welcomed from suitable individuals
that have recently graduated or are about to graduate tertiary level,
library focused courses.

 

Salary:    $44,234 to $50,059 per annum
