E-SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Part Time 19 hours per week

 

To assist the Cambridge Library to become a leader in on-line service
delivery, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual who is
technically minded and passionate about the potential of electronic
library service delivery.  

 

The objective of this position is to maintain the day to day technical
systems, processes and online resources for the Cambridge Library and
providing assistance to both customers and staff.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the effective
use of equipment and technological applications, daily maintenance and
troubleshooting and developing and conducting training sessions.

 

Applicants will posses a sound knowledge of library technologies,
equipment and applications, knowledge of web-site development and
management techniques and demonstrated customer service and
interpersonal skills.  Applicants shall possess or have made significant
progress towards a Bachelor of Science (Library Technology).

 

A salary range of $49,014 to $52,432 pro rata per annum is offered
dependent upon skills and experience.
