Hi Deb,

Yes she did.  I had problems intially with posting it so sent it to 
her to post.  She was away up until recently, so she must have only 
just checked all of her e-mails and sent that one too.

Sorry to all who have just enquired (and Kerry) but all my textbooks 
have been sold.
