specialist stockbroker with over 260 staff in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne,

Patersons is currently seeking a motivated individual to take on the
newly created role of Document Controller in our Perth (Head) office.

 

The successful candidate will initially be responsible for the creation
and implementation of a holistic electronic document management system
for the company, and thereafter the accurate recording, tracking and
maintenance of documentation within this framework produced by various
departments on a national basis.

 

A minimum of two years experience in electronic document control or a
similar position e.g. librarian, computer literacy, excellent
organisational and attention to detail are essential. 

 

Previous experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of
Alchemy is preferable but not essential.
