Calling for Volunteers!

Your State Library is seeking expressions of interest for volunteer
exhibition guides, particularly for the National Treasures from
Australia's Great Libraries Exhibition in the Western Australian Museum
- Perth from 30th June to 26th August 2007 (entry free of charge!).

Volunteering at the State Library offers a unique and rewarding
opportunity to discover the fantastic books, curios and collections held
in the State Library collections as well as learning about the state's
history and heritage.  We are always delighted to have new volunteers
join us and can promise interesting times with lots of interaction with

Approximately 100 volunteers are required to help guide and assist the
many thousands of visitors who will be coming to see the National
Treasures Exhibition, which features treasures from Australia's great
libraries.
