Just to clarify the name of a position to avoid confusion. 
P99 Department of Industry and Resources
Core Librarian
Position IRO040162

It has nothing to do with a librarian job or qualifications , they are
basically looking for someone with a 
fork lift ticket with mining experience. It is a fancy name for a
warehouse position.
