Help us celebrate 25 years of the VU Community Psychology Masters & Doctorate


Yes, it’s 25 years this year since the first intake – that’s definitely worth celebrating. And in case there was any doubt, community psychologists (still) just wanna have fun (and change the world) in 2019. So, we’re heading back to the scene of last year’s winter gathering for another lazy Sunday afternoon, this time in autumn. It’s a purely social event and a great chance to reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones. How good would it be to have someone from all 14 cohorts turn up?! In particular, we’ll welcome a brand new cohort of Vic Uni Community Psychology Masters students. Drop in for one drink or a couple, and share some finger food for $10 a head (new students free). 1.       2019 started with a bang as living legend Heather Gridley was awarded an OAM in the Australia Day Awards.  It's very prestigious, but she insists that bows and curtseys won't be necessary.

 2.       We have another social event at Grub in Fitzroy (87 Moor St) on Sunday April 28 (2-5pm) where we can catch up with old friends and welcome our new cohort of Community Psychology students from VU.
