Consultation Questionnaire - The Development of the National Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan for Human Health 

The Environmental Health Committee (enHealth) and the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing invite you to participate in the development of the National Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan for Human Health (the Action Plan). 

Consultation Phase One 

The first phase to develop the Action Plan comprises an online questionnaire about existing activities towards climate change adaption for human health in Australia. We invite you to follow the link below to complete the questionnaire. The information will contribute towards a national guide regarding adaptation planning in the health and aged care sectors and to the development of ideas about effective implementation.

The online questionnaire will close 7 pm (EST) Tuesday 14 September 2010. 

Who should participate? 

	*	Government departments (local, state, territory, national) who work in an area related to human health or ageing (including emergency management) 
	*	Health and aged care services 
	*	Health and aged care related professional bodies 
	*	Community sector organisations working in health and aged care or with vulnerable populations 
	*	Other individuals and organisations with an interest in climate change impacts on health or aged care
