Attached is the AGM Agenda; Chair's, Financial and Journal Reports for the AGM. 
 
Could you please email this to all Community College members. Could you also arrange for us to have teleconference link-ups available for noon-1pm for the AGM, and ask members to email you if they would like to be able to link-up to the meeting. We will use the system of participants having a code to dial-in themselves.
