Adam McLean commenced his practice as a solicitor in NSW for the Australian Copyright Council and has experience in copyright and related areas of law. He then moved to the NSW Aboriginal Legal Service and set up the Service's civil practice in Northern NSW, the native title practice and the Service's involvement in the NSW Royal Commission into the NSW Police Service.
After coming to the Bar first in NSW then in Victoria Adam has continued his native title and criminal law practices. Adam has extensive experience in Native Title matters representing Indigenous communities and advising governments.
Adam was responsible for the first Indigenous Land Use Agreement in Australia. 
Warren Mundine is a Gumbaynggir/Bundjalung man from the north coast of NSW. He is a passionate advocate for lifting Indigenous people out of poverty and building a strong Indigenous economy. Warren is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chair of NSW Labor's Indigenous Policy Committee, a member of IAG's Expert Community Advisors Committee, Executive Member of the National Native Title Council, Executive member of the St. Joseph's College Indigenous Fund, Southern Cross University Foundation and a Board member of NAISDA.
Warren is the former National President of Australian Labor Party, Deputy Mayor of Dubbo and former Chair of NSW Country Labor.

Gary Murray is a Multi-Clan descendant of the Wamba Wamba, Dhudhuroa, Wiradjeri, Yorta Yorta, Baraparapa, Dja Dja Wurrung, Yupagalk and Werkgaia Nations. Gary is an authorised Native Title Applicant to the Wamba Wamba Wadi Wadi Baraparapa Dja Dja Wurrung, and Jupagalk native title applications in North West Victoria. 
He is Co-Chair of the Dhudhuroa Native Title Group in North East Victoria and a consultant to the Wiran Aboriginal Corporation a land owning body of the Wamba Wamba People. Gary is also Co-Chair Boort Cultural Interpretive Centre Working Group, a Wamba Wamba member of the Victorian Traditional Owner Land Justice Group and a Founding Member of the Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation. 
Aretha Briggs is a Victorian Language Speaker and Victorian Traditional Sovereign Land Owner of the Yorta Yorta Lands of Ulupna and Woiwurrung lands of Wonga territory Wurrundjerri-ballak. She is a Dhulinyagan family Youth Governing Member of the Yorta Yorta. Aretha has 21 years of teaching experience at Worawa Aboriginal College, has been a Koori Youth Justice Worker for the Eastern Region and has worked with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in developing the Curriculum framework for the Victorian Indigenous Languages revival and reclamation study guide. 
Aretha is also the Founder/Manager of Yamuk Traditional Dance group, and is passionate about the Revival and Reclamation of Victoria's Languages and Culture back into the modern Aboriginal/Australian family/community.
