Hi Everyone,

The Bringing Them Home Committee is frantically working on bringing together
a meaningful celebration of the
"Sorry Today" day
on Wednesday 13 Feb
from 6.30 am
(see Flyer for details)
The apology is to be televised on large screens at approx 7am. 
We are expecting a big turn out to support each other and enjoy the moment. 
 
 
There is world wide media interest, including a call from 'The Scotsman'
(yes, from Scotland!).  A free breakfast will be provided by Foodbank and
Mercedes College students have donated time to serve it.   The Perth
Festival people have donated the venue, time and technical expertise.  Come
along and bring flags and posters, sing along with choirs, dance in the
streets........ 
 
 
IMPORTANT
Could you please forward the attached FLYER on to anyone you think may be
interested
 print it off and display it anywhere that is appropriate
 and those of you who have contacts at the Uni's (Notre Dame, Murdoch, UWA
etc) please ask/arrange if the flyer can be forwarded thru the student
databases for distribution.   
 
If you would like to volunteer to help out on the Day
please register with
the "Sorry Today" Day Volunteer Register 9260 9800.
