URGENT MESSAGE AND FLYER FOR CIRCULATION
Please distribute the attached flyer publicing an urgent public meeting
about the death in custody of the Warburton Elder who died while being
transported 915kms to Kalgoorlie-Boulder prsion in a government owned
security van driven by contractors of the Department of Corrective
Services on 29th January 2008.  

His death is a travesty of justice, a breach of Australia's human
rights obligations under  the Convention of Torture And Other Degrading
Treatment (among other Conventions) and, should never have happened.

THE URGENT PUBLIC MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 13th FEB 5.45pm AT
DERBARL YERRIGAN HEALTH SERVICES, 156 WITTENOOM STREET, EAST PERTH
