Call for Student Applications
2025-26 Curtin HIVE Summer Internship Program








The HIVE Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity for motivated students to gain valuable research project experience in visualisation related topics during a paid summer internship.

Participating students will undertake challenging research projects utilising the high-tech resources of the Curtin HIVE, supervised by leading researchers and supported by HIVE visualisation specialists. Selected students will receive a $7,500 tax-free scholarship over 10 weeks, to complete interesting and innovative visualisation related research projects. At the end of the internship students will present their work in the HIVE and prepare a report.

During the program, sessions will be provided to allow intern students to develop their research, project management, report writing and communication skills.

We have a list of fantastic proposed internship projects this year and we strongly encourage students wanting to gain visualisation experience to apply. Student applications for the HIVE Summer Internships close on Sunday 19 October 2025.



HIVE internship scholarships are aimed for currently enrolled 2nd year undergraduate through to HDR students, at Curtin's Bentley, Perth campus.  For more details about the internship program and conditions, please visit
