<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Wider local studies online seminar is on 2 and 3 June. The seminar features sessions looking at contemporary collecting as well as oral history and cataloguing. There
will be short (10 minute) talks from local studies staff across Australia as they share what is happening in their libraries (these will be added to the program in the next week)*. The seminar will be recorded and your participation in these is your agreement
to be recorded. We are using one time zone in the program listing as it proved confusing for people having three time zones listed for each presenter.</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">There is an online discussion later in the day on 3 June (please see the program). This is for people who want to chat with local studies staff in other states and territories.
We will be discussing the sessions from the previous two days as well as other topics of interest. Depending on numbers we may use breakout rooms to aid discussion. This session will not be recorded. </span></p>
