<p class="MsoNormal">We are seeking someone to act in our Museum Curator role to cover Long Service Leave from 23 January to 30 April 2024.

<p class="MsoNormal">The main duties for this contract position would be: <o:p></o:p></p>

Managing the daily activities of the museum (admin, reports, general enquiries, donations, rosters etc)<o:p></o:p></li><li class="m3211984900345772443msolistparagraph" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">
Updating records, images, and repacking the costume and Manchester collection and sorting it based on the museum’s classification system<o:p></o:p></li><li class="m3211984900345772443msolistparagraph" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">
Organising two to three events for the museum with assistance from the wider Library and Heritage team<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">The position is full time (76 hours per fortnight), but there is flexibility to work an amewould be a level 6/7 ($81,431-$94,861 pro rata) plus super and annual leave accrual which
would be paid out when the contract ends.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This would be a great opportunity for a new professional in the Museum industry to gain valuable experience in a hands-on role.<o:p></o:p></p>
