Applicants will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer focused role and be able to demonstrate an ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Advanced digital literacy skills and familiarity with library technologies
are required and confidence in demonstrating and guiding customers in using library resources is key. Importantly, applicants have great interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy engaging with community members and fostering learning and connectedness. In addition,
flexibility with shifts and availability to work Saturdays is highly desirable.</p>
