Remuneration of $80K - $98K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions

About the Role:
As a Librarian (Collection Management), you will be part of the Metadata and Collections team, working under broad direction to support the development and ongoing management of the library's collections. In collaboration with library colleagues and academic staff, you will contribute to building high-quality, relevant collections that support teaching, learning and research.
This includes selecting resources for acquisition, reviewing and maintaining existing collections, updating collection documentation and contributing expert advice to the development of approval plans and evidence-based acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of the library's collections through the selection of high-quality information resources across a range of formats
* Support the design and implementation of deselection and relocation programs to ensure collections remain relevant and accessible
* Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies, including approval plans and evidence-based or demand-driven acquisition models
