Subject: Seeking casual library staff - Fed Uni
You don't often get email from a.jenkins at federation.edu.au<mailto:a.jenkins at federation.edu.au>. Learn why this is important<https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification>
Hello,
My name is Ange Jenkins, and I am the Co-ordinator of Library Frontline Services at Federation University, based in Victoria. I have contacted you previously regarding casual staff and I would appreciate if you are able to share this opportunity again with your students.
We are currently seeking casual staff to join our academic library team as Library Frontline Services Officers at a HEW4 level. These customer service-focused roles involve assisting staff and students with Tier 1 queries both in person and via virtual services.
If you have students based near our Berwick, Ballarat, Gippsland or Horsham Campuses<https://federation.edu.au/library/our-libraries/campus-locations/berwick> who may be interested, I would greatly appreciate your sharing this opportunity with them.
I am happy for my e-mail address and/or phone number to be shared with students. Please ask them to email me with a resume, along with a brief note about why they're interested in working in an academic library and any customer service experience they may have.
Kind regards,
Ange Jenkins (She/her)
