Client Support Officer (Student Experience)

Be part of a dynamic team enhancing student experience and academic success.

  *   Part-time (0.90 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis. Job share and other fractional arrangements considered.
  *   Base salary range: $77,205 - $82,011 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

  *   The University Library supports learning, teaching, and research through resources, services, systems, and collaborative spaces. It consists of two main sections: Research & Collections and Engagement & Experience, with the latter focusing on frontline support, IT help, literacy training, and space management.
  *   The role involves delivering client-facing services including lending, inquiries, student IT support, providing access to spaces and contributing to service improvement and training.
