ROOM CHANGE FOR ALIA AGM 2025



We want to advise you that there has been a room change for the upcoming ALIA Annual General Meeting (AGM).



The AGM will now take place in Room ML 10.131, at Edith Cowan University Mt Lawley Campus, 2 Bradford Street, Mount Lawley, Perth, WA 6050. The AGM page and the Agenda <https://alia.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0zMzMzMjU2JnA9MSZ1PTU1MzQ2NDQzMiZsaT0zODAzNTYxNg/index.html> have been updated to reflect this change. All other details remain the same.



A reminder: If you’re unable to attend the AGM in person or online, you’ll need to complete a proxy form in order to vote. At this year’s AGM, Members are being asked to vote on a special resolution to amend ALIA’s Constitution — changing the Board composition from seven elected directors to six elected directors and one appointed independent director. It’s an important decision, and we encourage all Members to have their say.
