Are you passionate about helping students to develop the skills they need to succeed? Do you have a desire to work in a dynamic and friendly team environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a Learning Success Advisor to join our innovative and dedicated University Library team. As a Learning Success Advisor, you will have the opportunity to connect with students, on campus and online, helping them to develop their academic, digital and information literacy. You will work collaboratively with the Learning Success team to develop and deliver services that suit a wide range of learning styles.

Key details:

  *   Full time, fixed term contract until December 2025 (part time and job share arrangements may be considered)
  *   Salary: $93,066 - $98,730 (G06) plus 17% Superannuation
  *   Applications close Sunday, 30th March, 8pm, AWST.



The successful applicant will have:

  *   Completion of a relevant degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
  *   Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  *   Well-developed interpersonal skills
  *   Ability to work independently, proactively and flexibly in a changing environment; manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  *   Demonstrated experience in providing high quality, client focussed services and innovative problem solving.
  *   Previous experience working within a library (Desirable)
  *   Experience delivering programs within an education setting (Desirable)
