[MCASIlaris] Nomination for Tom Lovett Outstanding Student Award 2025

Dear recent graduates

RIMPA Global is asking LARIS to nominate a recent graduate for the Tom Lovett Outstanding Student Award. See the outline of the Award below and more details in the attached.

It would be our pleasure to nominate you but you will need to check the eligibility criteria below. At that point we would submit the nomination and you would then be asked to answer two questions, which are scored on a merit-based assessment. The questions are:

Thinking about a specific subject that resonated or inspired you within your study, in a maximum of 800 words tell us:
a.      Why and how do you think this has impacted you?
b.     How could this translate to the industry?

This prestigious award recognises a student who has demonstrated academic excellence and meaningful engagement with the records and information management industry, either through their studies or broader involvement with the RIMPA community.



We welcome you to nominate multiple students who you feel exemplify these qualities—those who have not only excelled academically, but also shown the potential to make a lasting impact on the profession.

📅 Nominations Open: 5 May 2025
📅 Closing Date: 1 August 2025
📚 Eligibility:

  *   Nominees must be a current RIMPA Global member.
If your nominated students are not yet members, our Membership Team will happily reach out to assist them individually with the sign-up process—membership is free.
  *   Study must have been completed between 1 July 2024 – 30 April 2025
  *   Nominations can be submitted by a third party or as self-nominations



To begin, simply fill in the Eligibility Entry Online Form<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X37RMH6>. If your nominee meets the eligibility requirements, you will be contacted and invited to proceed to the final stage of the application.
