Hi all
Are you passionate about connecting with your community, providing outstanding frontline service, and promoting access to our diverse range of library resources?

As a Library Circulation Clerk, you will have hands-on experience in supporting library users, providing high-quality customer service, assisting with library e-resources and technology, and contributing to general library tasks. Your role is integral to enhancing the library experience for our users, honing your skills with customers of all ages and cultures.
Number of positions: Two
Hours: 38 hours per fortnight - fixed rosters
Location: Armadale Library, but the possibility of additional hours at all our libaries.
Pay: $54,576 - $66,268 (pro-rata) per annum plus super (plus appropriate loading for working across six or seven days of the week)
Who are we looking for?
We want staff who are:

  *   Passionate about customer service with the ability to assist a diverse range of community members.
  *   Proficient in computer use, including familiarity with online resources.
  *   Collaborative and have the ability to work effectively in a team.
  *   Flexible and able to work additional hours when needed.
