The Coordinator Client Services supports and assists with the day-to-day operations and provision of library services to the community. The role involves monitoring and evaluating processes and activities, collecting data to inform service design, coordinating staff rosters and facilitating training to ensure quality State Library services.

We are seeking an intrinsically motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence, and proficiency with systems and processes, to coordinate, support and help deliver a range of library services to the Western Australian community.
