We have an Information Management Officer position vacant in our Enterprise Information Management team.  Here's the relevant information:

  1.  Permanent, Full Time
  2.  Salary from $76,026 to $81,847 per annum, Public Sector CSA Agreement 2021


About you

We are seeking enthusiastic, talented Information Management specialists to join the Department's Enterprise Information Management team to help ensure that the maintained integrity of the Department's information management systems. We are interested in hearing from skilled information management professionals who are able to assist in the lifecycle management of DPIRD's information. You will also have exceptional communication skills to respond to client enquiries and requests and ensure quality and timely customer service.

We are looking for individuals with:


  *   A strong attention to detail. Many of the tasks undertaken by Information Management Officers must adhere to policies, procedures and legislative requirements. As such, the successful candidate must be able to approach their work in a methodical manner, in accordance with such policies and legislation.
  *   A demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of managing public records and applying related record management principles and standards
  *   A demonstrated ability to undertake high level auditing activities of information management systems.
  *   The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, ensuring the highest level of advice and service is delivered.
