 The City

Cockburn is one of the major coastal cities found in the state of Western Australia. With a current population of 120,000, the City is dynamic, rapidly growing and an exciting place to be. Situated just 22km south of the Perth CBD, Cockburn boasts an amazing coastline, beautiful beaches and parks, and is supported by a rich mix of community facilities and diverse employment opportunities.

The Position

The City's library service is looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing officer to join the team to carry out various marketing activities across its three branches.

The successful applicant will possess:
* Experience creating engaging marketing material for various types of digital media.
* Sound understanding of graphic design and video production principles, as well as experience with software such as Canva and/or the Adobe suite.
* Demonstrated use of photography/videography principles and skills with camera equipment.
* Knowledge of literary and popular culture.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.



Salary: $57,423 - $62,258 pro rata (depending on experience and skills).

Days/Hours: Part-time hours of 30 hours per fortnight (dependant on roster).
