Hello everyone,

We are seeking 2 suitably experienced and enthusiastic information management professionals, for 2 short term vacancies at the Department of Justice, working within the Information Release and Litigation Management team:

Information Release Support Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 3, PS CSA Agreement 2021, $72,896 - $78,717 per annum
Position numbers: 020537 & 020538
Work type:  Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth

These temporary roles are available for up to 6 months, commencing immediately. They may extend for a further period based on operational needs.

The roles include:


*                 File Creation

*                 Conducting document and information searches

*                 Supporting team members with the release of information to external parties

*                 Maintaining the legal cases register.

*                 Preparing confidential and sensitive correspondence and information

*                 Prisoner location requests
*                 Other duties as in the Job Description Form attached
