Curtin University & OUA students,

Please join the 2022 Curtin Information Studies (CURTIS) Club Committee for
a General Meeting this Sunday 11 December 2022 at 10am AWST on Discord to
vote on the future of CURTIS.

CURTIS is the academic club representing the Library, Archives, Records,
and Information Science courses being delivered by Curtin University/OUA.
We are a not-for-profit and volunteer-run student organisation.

The 2022 CURTIS Committee has not received any applications for 2023
Committee positions. Unfortunately, CURTIS cannot continue to be a Guild
Club unless there is a Committee (President, Secretary and Treasurer) to
run the club.

In accordance with the Curtin Student Guild's Clubs Constitution, we are
holding a General Meeting for CURTIS members to vote on the dissolution of
the club.

We would like for CURTIS to continue in 2023, but without a new Committee
to handover to, we need the members to decide if CURTIS should continue as
a Guild club in its current form.

We look forward to seeing you on Discord this Sunday. Please share the
event details with your networks. Discord meeting link:
