Hello everyone,

We are seeking a graduate, or student who is in the latter part of their studies in IM, for a potential short term vacancy at the Department of Justice, working within the Operational Records business area, primarily in the Offender Records team:


  1.  Assistant Information Management Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 1, PSGO CSA GA, $52,930 - $61,376 per annum
Position number: 021092
Work type:  Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth



This temporary role starts ASAP for an initial 3 months. It may extend for a further period based on operational needs.


Role includes:



*                 Locating offender information on historical microfiche

*                 Entering data on HPE Content Manager and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate

*                 Records creation and file management

*                 Reporting missing data as required

*                 Other duties as directed.
