[MCASI Practicum Program]

Please see below for a full time opportunity with Information Proficiency in the Perth CBD:
Information Proficiency is looking for expressions of interest for a genuine Records Officer role within our Service Delivery team to start immediately.
This user-focused role will be based in the Perth CBD and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting users with records management queries via email, phone and in-person requests
- Providing inductions and training in Content Manager to new / existing users
- Daily mail processing and other records management activities as required

The successful applicant will have:
 - Meticulous attention to detail
 - Good written and verbal communication skills
 - Strong problem solving skills
 - Outstanding organisational skills
 - Confidence speaking with all members of a company (from entry level to executive)
 - Familiarity with information systems / records management
Our company is based in Midland and some travel to Midland will be required from time to time.  The successful applicant, however, will be based primarily onsite in the Perth CBD.

This is a full-time position working business hours Monday to Friday.
