Are you a librarian assistant, and available for “casual” short term (3 weeks) work in January 2022.

We are seeking your help to package up some of our library contents for long term storage.

Lead Library Assistant:

  *   To provide advice, organisation and coordination of the packing process
  *   Maintaining inventory of catalogued materials (through barcode reader) process
Librarian Assistants (x2)

  *   To provide support in the packing process
  *   To capture / correct catalogued inventory items during the process

Skills (Lead Library Assistant)
Project coordination
Experience in library inventory management, and Excel/Word

Skills (Library assistants).
Experience in library inventory processing, and Excel/Word
Note: 2nd year students / graduates would be welcome

Timeframe proposed – approximately 3 weeks  10/1 -  29/1
