Hello everyone,

We are seeking 2 suitably experienced and enthusiastic information management professionals, for 2 short term vacancies at the Department of Justice, working within the Operational Information Management business area:



Assistant Information Management Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 1, PS CSA Agreement 2019, $27,869 - $61,376 per annum
Position numbers: 021090 and 021091
Work type:  Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth

Closing date: 4.30pm on 15/01/2021




These temporary roles are available for an initial 3 months. They may extend to 30 June 2021 based on operational needs


The roles include:



*                 Preparing, scanning and indexing medical and offender records;

*                 Conducting quality assurance and quality improvement on scanned/indexed documents;

*                 Creating, classifying, and containing records into the Department's EDRMS;

*                 Assisting with the provision of support to Departmental staff for the creation, storage and use of information;

*                 Undertaking records management and information projects as required.
