Archiving Officer

Immediate start to undertake a backlog of archives

The role requires boxes to be physically re-packed, described and allocated a Retention and Disposal Schedule. Trim training will be provided. Knowledge of Microsoft apps is necessary. Role will be based at the QEII site with North Metropolitan Health Service. There may be an occasional day at Osborne Park Hospital - not confirmed as yet. The job will conclude on 30 June 2021 and is full-time. As this is a project role there is no opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent. Hours are flexible. Earliest start is 7.30 through to 6pm with a 7.36 hour day.

You will need to be able to lift boxes up to 16 kgs each. This will be the focus of the role and will require lifting of boxes throughout the day.

Hourly rate is  around $25 to $27 per hour  fixed term contract.
