The role reports to the Team Leader Library and will be responsible for delivering effective and welcoming customer service across the learning hubs, as well as developing and delivering innovative programs that encourage community learning and build individual capacity. The successful applicants will build internal and external stakeholder connections, and deliver outcomes from the Learning City Strategy, with a focus on lifelong learning within the community.

Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role delivering excellent customer service and developing and delivery learning programs, a relevant tertiary qualification and be eligible for ALIA membership, combined with a current Working with Children Check and current satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicant for the role will have advanced digital literacy skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of resource acquisition and collection management practices, cataloguing and classification. They will enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, have a demonstrated ability to develop strong networks and partnerships within the community, and have an excellent work ethic to deliver outcomes.
