Hi Pauline,

We are currently interested in chatting to any graduates or students who may be interested in a possible Level 1 Records Officer or Medical Records Officer short term contract positions.
As we have utilised the suitable candidates from previous requests we were hoping to have some more on our books, so to speak, that we could contact should  something became available.

Role would include:
•          Assisting with mail management; processing documents, medical records and correspondence; general information management and the provision of  administrative and clerical functions.
•          Customer Service / Liaison
•          Attending to general enquiries and record requests for clients.
•          Providing customer support as directed by supervisors.
•          Creating new hard copy folders.
•          Creating new case files and volumes on the records management system.
•          Scanning and registering correspondence and documentation as required.
•          Entering data on HPE RM and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate.
•          Assisting in processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
•          Assisting in file receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.
We have 3 sites - 2 large friendly branches in the CBD as well as our Central medical Records Branch in Canning Vale and thought perhaps you would have some students / ex-students that may be keen?

Entry level pay would be $47, 349
