studies. In 2018, we are seeking to offer cadetships to candidates with a degree relevant to arts (humanities and social sciences) and business and economics. However, applicants with degrees in other disciplines may also apply. Cadets must also be enrolled
to commence or continue enrolment in a recognised postgraduate library and information studies in 2018 and 2019. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">During this time, cadets particularly draw upon their knowledge and skills from their undergraduate qualification to enhance the
quality of library services as well as developing breadth of experience through placements in other parts of the library, project work and working in different teams whilst undertaking studies in librarianship. Opportunities are provided to develop broader
capabilities and leadership experience, according to the cadet’s interest and the Library’s strategic priorities.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
