* VPS4 Analyst Business Systems (TRIM)<br>
<br>
We are looking for a VPS4 Business Support Analyst (TRIM) who wants to be<br>
part of a dynamic team in a flexible work environment in DPC Operations<br>
Branch. The Operations Branch provides services to all areas of DPC.<br>
As a Business Support Analyst (TRIM) you will work across DPC supporting<br>
staff in their use of TRIM, delivering training, leading TRIM enhancement<br>
projects, as well as liaising with stakeholders and the Department’s<br>
Business Units as required.<br>
To be successful in this role you will:<br>
- Have strong experience and the proven ability to train staff in TRIM;<br>
- Have specialist knowledge of TRIM preferably as an administrator;<br>
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; <br>
- Have the ability to adapt quickly to a new workplace. <br>
A Certificate IV in Workplace training and Assessment is highly desirable<br>

We are looking for a VPS5 Senior Advisor, Information Management who wants<br>
to be part of a dynamic team in a flexible work environment in DPC<br>
Operations Branch. The Operations Branch provides services to all areas of<br>
DPC.<br>
As a Senior Advisor, Information Management you will work across DPC<br>
supporting staff in their management of information, analysing business<br>
requirements, leading Information Management improvement projects, as well<br>
as liaising with stakeholders and the Department’s Business Units as<br>
required.<br>
To be successful in this role you will:<br>
- Have strong experience planning and organising projects;<br>
- Experience with large transition projects related to information<br>
management and electronic document and records management systems<br>
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be an<br>
advocate for change;<br>
- Have the ability to adapt quickly to a new workplace. <br>
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Management,<br>
Knowledge Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience<br>

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our TRIM Upgrade (CM9) and<br>
electronic workflow projects. This is a key transformation project for DPC<br>
and needs a PM who can:<br>
<br>
- Define and manage project scope, success criteria, deliverables, and<br>
requirements including development of the project business case and<br>
approvals as required<br>
- Ensures project charter, work plans, schedules, timelines, and<br>
milestones are developed and managed using appropriate tools<br>
- Manage stakeholder engagement and project resources<br>
