is seeking a Team Leader Library Operations to lead the customer service team in the provision of customer focussed and high quality public library services.

customer service duties are required. </span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">You will have proven supervisory and administrative experience, as well as a high level of customer service, team and interpersonal skills. Experience in the public library environment and of the Amlib library
management system would be an advantage. Ability to work weekends is required.</span></p>
