To celebrate the 2015 National Trust Heritage Festival, The National Archives has a FREE talk and Tour - RETURNED, REPATRIATED, REHABILITATED<br>

Next week’s seminar and tour is undersubscribed so now is the time to book.<br>

Returned, repatriated, rehabilitated – post WW1 Soldiers experiences as told through Veteran’s Affairs files. Surviving WW1 was only part of the story. Discover how Australian returned soldiers tried to carry on their everyday lives while dealing with the
physical and mental effects of war through the pages of their hospital, medical and pension Veterans Affairs files at this talk.<br>

The tour will include the repository and an opportunity to view a display of original and facsimile records. Morning tea is provided.<br>

Starts at 10.30am, finishes approximately 12.00 noon. Guests are welcome to stay on and make use of the Reading Room facilities to do personal research.<br>
