Fellow of the Library Board of Western Australia on Dr Kerry Smith. ALIAWest will recognise the long service of some of its members.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">In addition, the State Library of Western Australia Foundation will announce this year's winner of the Kay Poustie Scholarship which takes the form of an International Study Grant.<o:p></o:p></p>
