is lots of potential to take the role in a new exciting direction, supported by a real commitment from the organisation's management to help raise the profile of this very special collection.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Century Gothic","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">•Postgraduate qualifications in archive management and a good understanding of records management or equivalent disciplines</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Century Gothic","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">•Minimum two years heritage archiving experience</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Century Gothic","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">•Proven creativity in recognising the archives as a public relations tool and to be pro-active in this regard</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Century Gothic","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">•An understanding of how to use and promote archives for the benefit of the organisation and the public</span></p>
